We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7(1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged, as a service provider, to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information arising from general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect, however, arises only from the point in time at which a specific infringement becomes known. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we remove that content without undue delay.
